Cancellation Policy

Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee


To ensure the continuing quality of our product the following Conditions apply.
Guests are requested:-
•Not to smoke inside the house
•Not to damage or remove property
•Not to increase the number of guests in their party without prior consent of management
•Not to hold a function or party without prior consent of management
•Not to leave the house in an unreasonable condition e.g. unwashed dishes.
You will be required to provide us your credit card details on arrival. This will authorise management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of any of the above. Your credit card will not be debited without prior notification.
We regret the need to have to formalise these conditions & know that for most of our guests they are not necessary.
•The owners of the property known as "Verona Vineyard” 426 McDonalds Rd Pokolbin take no responsibility for guests personal property.
•All tariffs are inclusive of GST
•Check in time is 2pm
•Check out time midweek is 10am weekends 11am.
•No pets allowed.
