This lovely two storey house offers 5 bedrooms (one is the spa suite).
There are four other bedrooms and 3 more bathrooms (one is an ensuite).
Two of the bedrooms have king beds and three bedrooms have queen beds.
All linen provided.
Sleeps up to 10 persons.
Rates based on 6 persons staying.(Weekend $800 per night Midweek $600 per night)
Extra person = $100 per night

Cancellation Policy
1. If HVWCT?s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT?s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT?s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

After leaving Cessnock drive along Wine Country Drive. Just after the Visitor Information Centre turn left into Broke Road. Continue along Broke Road past Hunter Valley Gardens and turn right into Hermitage Road.
