Woolshed Hill Estate is an elegant country retreat set upon 50 acres of picturesque countryside in idyllic Hunter Valley wine country. The estate consists of self contained country style brick buildings and the entire estate can accommodate up to 28 guests. Perfect for weddings, corporate functions, parties or family gatherings. Guests have the exclusive use of all the resort facilities including the 9 hole golf course, all weather tennis court and swimming pool. Bring your favourite clubs and racquets and enjoy a round or two.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

From Cessnock take the Wine Country Drive towards Branxton. Travel along this road for approx. 12.5 kms then turn left into McDonalds Road. Deasys Road is the first on the right, almost directly opposite the Vintage Golf Course
