Cancellation Policy
Hunter Valley YHA is a two night minimum on the weekends.
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
Tours/Transfers/Flights
If HVWCT’s client cancels within 7 days of booking no refund applies
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Directions:
From Cessnock follow signs to Branxton which will put you on the road called Wine Country Drive. We are 3kms from Mcdonalds in Cessnock on Wine Country Drive on right side of the road.
