The estate overlooks the Brokenback Ranges in Pokolbin, Wine Country, and offers: Lovely fully self contained & self-catering Homestead and Cottage . Everything is provided but BYO food.

The HOMESTEAD (sleeps 10) has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room and bar room.
The COTTAGE (sleeps 4-6) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and entertainment room with pool table.
Both Homestead & Cottage have have air conditioning, log fires, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, TV, DVD, video and CD

Homestead is fully self contained but BYO food.

Rates based on min 8 adults. Weekend = $1520 for a two night stay Extra 2 adults = $95 per night, any adults more than 10 = $75 per night . Midweek : min 8 adults x 1 night = $600, extra 2 adults = $95 per night, Extra adults above 10= $55 per night .
Extra child 5 yrs & under free, 6-12 yrs= $20 per night (midweek & weekends)

Cottage

Cottage is fully self contained but BYO food.
Bed Configuration:
b/r 1 = king bed
b/r 2 = queen bed & double bunk.
(portacot free but BYO linen for cot)
Weekend : 2 couples x 2 nights = $760 - Midweek: 2 couples x 1 night = $300
Extra adult = $55 per night midweek & $75 per night weekend
Extra child 5 yrs & under free, 6-12 yrs $20 per night midweek & weekends

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
