IRONSTONE LODGE: Two night tariff for up to 14 people $2600. Opened in June 2006- custom built to accommodate up to 12 people but there is bedding for up to a maximum of 14 people) in six bedrooms ( one sofa bed in lounge area), each bedroom with it's own ensuites, two with corner baths and one suitable for disabled guests. Four bedrooms have queen-sized beds and two have king-sized beds which can be separated into single beds. Ironstone Lodge has ducted air throughout, an enormous entertaining/dining area with a large open fire, leather lounges, 12 seater timber dining table, well equipped kitchen, LCD TV, DVD player, radio & CD player. French doors open onto a large covered outdoor entertaining area with a 12 seater table and hooded BBQ. The Lodge has a private entrance off Olsens Rd, with a lovely vineyard aspect above a large dam. This is the perfect venue for an escape for groups of friends to share or for small corporate retreats.

IRONSTONE HOMESTEAD: Two night stay for up to 12 people $2000.The Homestead is ideal for up to 10 people but does have bedding for a maximum of 12 people. An impressive five bedroom, self-catering Country House with a wood fire, a sparkling inground pool, a wisteria covered entertainment area and a large country kitchen. The perfect venue for a family or group of friends to wine, dine and relax whilst overlooking Ironstone's vineyards.

The Homestead is located on the opposite side of the property to the Lodge but both houses have their entrance on Olsen Rd. The Homestead is suitable for children but the Lodge is not suitable for young children. Both houses will not be booked to the one group unless it is a conference group where one person per bedroom is required

Ironstone Lodge:Two night stay $2600. Six bedrooms with 6 bathrooms: 4 bedrooms with Queen size beds, 2 bedrooms with King size beds that can be separated into single beds (please inform your preference when booking).The Lodge is ideal for up to 12 people but there is also a queen size innerspring sofa bed therefore up to a maximum of 14 people can be accommodated. Well equipped self catering kitchen. Breakfast provisions are not included. No food at all is provided in the self catering kitchen. The Lodge is not suitable for children (the Homestead is suitable for children).

The tariff is $2000 for a 2 night stay. The Homestead is ideal for up to 10 people with bedding for up to a maximum of 12 people. 5 bedrooms with three bathrooms, three toilets. 5 bedrooms all with a queen size bed with the largest bedroom also having a double bed. Fold out sofa in separate sitting room therefore up to a maximum of 12 people can be accommodated. Well equipped self catering kitchen. No food at all is provided. Exclusive use of Swimming Pool with large covered BBQ area overlooking pool.Very suitable for family groups with children.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation; This cancellation policy overides the standard cancellation policy provided by HVWTA .
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside of 56 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. Cancellations between (& inclusive of) 56 and 29 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. Cancellations within (& inclusive of) 28 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
5.Concert weekends. The above cancellation policy applies even if the concert is cancelled.
6. Both houses will not be booked to the one group of friends or family.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
A $500 credit card (Visa or M/C) security bond is required. This security deposit is for loss damage or excess cleaning- if there is damage in excess of the $500 the excess amount of the damage will be taken from the Visa or Mastercard provided. The facilities at Ironstone Estate are only for the guests who are booked into the Estate- holding functions or parties whereby other people are invited onto the property may cancel your booking and your security deposit may not be returned.

Directions:

Ironstone Estate is a 10min drive from the town of Cessnock. Travel along Wine Country Drive - towards the vineyards. At the intersection of Lovedale Rd & Wine Country Drive (Crowne Plaza is on this corner) - turn right- you then turn right into the first road - Londons Rd (Capercaillie Winery is on this corner)- drive for 1 km until you come to a fork in the road - turn right and drive up the hill onto Olsen Rd for just under 1km to Ironstone Estate. Drive onto the property and follow the signs to the office/residence.
