Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
*Cottages on Loveddale charge a $50 Administration Fee for all cancellations outside 30 days.
* Check in: from 2 pm each day except Sunday & Public Holidays when 3 pm
* Check out: by 10 am each day except Sunday & Public Holidays when 12 noon
* On SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS the minimum number is 5 - 6 people/3 rooms
* A $150 Bond is payable & charged to your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only) 1 week prior to arrival. This is due to the fact there is no check in or check out as we have keypad doors that dont require a key. The Bond is refunded the day after departure less any breakages or losses. We will ring you re your credit card details.
