The cottage caters for groups of 1-8 persons and is located in the beautiful town of Mount Vincent, gateway to the Hunter Valley vineyard area. One group booking at one time policy.

RATES

Up to 2 persons = $185.00 (inc.gst) Use of 1 bedroom only and all living areas. FRI AND SAT NITE $260.00 RATE TO APPLY.

2 Additional guests = $65.00(inc.gst) per guest = Use of 2 bedrooms only and all living area's.

4 Additonal guests = $65.00 (inc.gst) per guest = Use of all 3 bedrooms and all living area's.

NB: Guests 7 & 8 = $45.00 each (inc.gst) per guest.

All bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied.

A continental breakfast is supplied upon check in for all guests; cereal, milk, bread, spreads, bottled water, juice, tea and Coffee. Any special dietry requirements can also be specified but must be done upon booking.
