The bed is on the upper level near the two person spa and separate bathroom. The living area with leather lounge/chaise and cosy fire is 2 steps down from the bedroom, with quality audio visual systems - 106cm LCD satellite TV, DVD, surround sound and IPOD docking station. This cottage is for adults only - no children permitted.

Gas BBQ on the deck with roasting hood, table, chairs, 2 recliners and coffee table. There are also two recliners and coffee table outside on the lawn.

Private and stylishly decorated, two bedroom spa cottage with expansive rural/vineyard views from two large decks. A custom made day bed for two is next to large windows and in front of the TV and fire. The living area separates the bedrooms, so it is still a romantic and cosy option for one couple, as the 2nd bedroom can be closed off. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto the front deck, a queen size bed and a private bathroom. One bathroom has a two person oval shaped spa bath that has a lovely view from large windows, through scattered gum trees over to the neighbours hillside vineyard. There is a 42" LCD satellite TV,BOSE home theatre, DVD library, IPOD docking station in the living area. The front deck has a gas BBQ with roasting lid, dining table and chairs and two recliners and coffee table. There is another table and chairs on the back deck.
Breakfast provisions include bacon, free range eggs, OJ, milk, bread, spreads, cereals, margarine and olive oil for cooking, salt & pepper grinders, Worcestershire and tomato sauce.

Ultra private, adults only tri level cottage perched on the bank of a small creek. There is a new king size bed in the main bedroom on the top level which has a two person spa bath in the spacious adjoining bathroom. The combined living area on the lower level has a gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel utensils, large leather L shaped lounge and ottoman,152cm HD plasma, satellite TV with surround sound, DVD/CD player. The living area has a sliding glass door onto the north facing deck that has a gas BBQ with roasting hood. Undercover parking for two cars. The spring fed Cedar Creek, babbling under the cottage, can be viewed from the deck.

There is a second bedroom and bathroom on the middle (entrance) level and an adjoining large loft bedroom available on request for a 2nd and third couple in the one booking - bedrooms not rented out separately. RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PEOPLE SHARING A BEDROOM, SINGLES REQUIRING EXTRA ROOMS WILL INCUR A SURCHARE, PLEASE ADVISE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR SINGLES.
