The VERANDAH HOUSE is a divine twin-gabled country house featuring 8 boutique suites - 6 with open-fires. And the separate GATEHOUSE COTTAGE is just a wander through the she-oak forest and features 2 private Spa Suites and a shared, self-contained kitchen & sitting room with open-fire.

Cancellation Policy
1. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
2. Cancellation within 1 month of arrival forfeit the full amount unless the room is re-sold by HVWCT.
3. Cancellation outside of 1 month of arrival will be refunded full amount less $25 administration fee.
Directions:
Cessnock is the nearest main town and only a 7 km drive. From there, follow the road towards Branxton and about 5 kms along (after the airport), turn left onto Broke Road, then after 1 km, left again at Halls Road - The Carriages House is at the end of this road. Head up to Reception first to check-in.
