The view is magnifacent and the location is perfect. Your accommodation is nestled into the top of our vineyards with all of Pokolbin at your feet. Relax on your private patio with a glass of wine and take in the peace and quite. Laze around in soft comfortable furnishings in your fully contained unit with all inclusions. Indulge yourself with a basket breakfast then perhaps a walk through the vineyards to the wine tasting area or perhaps lunch and a snooze. Restaurants and cafes are a couple of minutes away with golf courses, shops and many activities at your fingertips. We know you will enjoy the warmth and hospitality of the estate and the quality of the wines and look foward to seeing you when you visit us.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside of 28 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 3 and 28 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% refund of any unsold nights if total accommodation Is not relet
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 2 days (48 hours) of arrival date i.e. (after 2pm) no refund applies
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund of the resold nights
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Directions:
Drive out of Cessnock on Wine Country drive turn into Broke Road then left into McDonalds Road travel 3 kms and turn left into Debeyers Road and then enter at our property sign.
