Patrick Plains Estate has recently been rewarded by the AAA Tourism, a Green Star Accreditation for introducing environmentally friendly practices at our guesthouse. Patrick Plains Estate is committed to reducing our environmental impact by strictly adhering to the guidelines in all aspects. Green STAR Accreditation is an additional endorsement to our current 5-STAR Rating. Green STAR Accreditation doesnt change our original 5-STAR Rating - it gives us special recognition and shows you, our guests that we are responsible and committed to reducing the environmental impacts of our business, particularly in the areas of Energy efficiency, Waste minimisation & Water management.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
