We have gift vouchers available - ranging from as little as $100
Please follow the below steps to purchase a voucher for a loved one.
1. Click on the View Rates, Book & Pay Online button at the top of this page.
2. Enter the Arrival Date as 29th June 2011 (showing the expiry of your gift voucher), Number of nights 1.
3. Scroll down and select the voucher you wish to purchase
4. Click on Make Online Booking
4. Accept the cancellation policy
5. You will be taken through to the itinerary/shopping cart where you will need to proceed to checkout
6. Enter in the RECIPIENTS details as required and enter in YOUR contact details (including phone number) in the comments field at the bottom
7. Click on Make Booking or Sale
7. Make payment
Vouchers will be vaild until the 30th June 2011 and will be validated once payment has been made. Please note: If voucher is not redeemed by 30th June 2011 the monies allocated to the voucher will be forfieted. Vouchers can only be redeemed for products bookable through Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism.
A gift voucher will be sent in the mail for you to give as your gift. Your loved one will require the itinerary number stated on the voucher to make an accommodation or tour booking.
To ensure that your voucher is redemmed by the 30th June 2011, please book your accommodation or tour with Hunter Valley Wine Country. Accommodation or Tours can be booked for stay/travel after the 30th June 2011, your gift voucher just needs to be redeemed by then or all monies will be forfieted.

Cancellation Policy
Gift Voucher
1. Voucher must be redeemed by 30th June 2011. If voucher has not been redeemed by 30th June 2011 full monies allocated to the voucher will be forfieted.
2. For all vouchers redeemed for accommodation or tour products the cancellation policy below applies.
Accommodation
1. If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
Tours/Transfers/Flights
If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 7 days of departure date no refund applies
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
