Overlooking the vines, sits our 2 bedroom cottage, each room has its own private ensuite with double shower heads and luscious Serendipity amenities.

The kitchen will be stocked with provisions enabling you to enjoy a wholesome breakfast before starting your day in the delightful Hunter Valley.

After a day of touring the numerous sights, you may choose to sit back with a glass of wine, at the outdoor setting and have a BBQ whilst watching some of our local kangaroos make their way home or dine out at one of the award winning restaurants that are close by.

Take your time and relax here at Gemelli Estate, walk amongst the vines, enjoy the surrounding gardens and listen to the bird calls.

To make your stay extra special, just contact us prior to your arrival and we can arrange BBQ and Picnic Hampers for you.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation

1. If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
