A 3 bedroom Self Contained holiday house in Pokolbin with private pool set on 25 acre working Hazelnut Farm. Sleeps 6 comfortably (8max) 1 Double room and 2 Twin rooms (with king singles), Fully equipped kitchen, Reverse cycle air con, Gas Fire and Huge outdoor undercover BBQ area. 1 indoor bathroom with separate toilet and 2nd Shower and toilet by the pool. Flat screen TV, DVD/VHS player, CD/ Cassette/Radio stereo, Ceiling fans, Extra large professional Kennel run, secure fenced garden (approx 0.9mtr lowest point) 1/4 acre in size, Book, Game, Toys and lots of other small added extras for eveything you could ever need for a short stay away + more.

Cancellation Policy
Where a cancellation is made by the client 3 months or more prior to the commencement date of the booking we will refund your deposit (less any bank fees admin charges or other fees if payment has been made by credit card).
Where a cancellation is made by the client less than 3 months but more than 1 month prior to the commencement date of the booking money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you cancel your booking within a month (30 days) prior to the commencement of your stay your booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of a rental deposit constitues the clients acceptance of Blackthorn Hill Retreats full terms and conditions (available to view on our website). All dogs must be C5 vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the dates of intended stay otherwise we cannot accept them and your rental will be terminated with no refund. Dogs must also be Gut Wormed Flea & Tick treated before they arrive.
Directions:
From Cessnock travel through the high street (Vincent Street) to the end and turn left and then immediately right onto Allandale Road that runs into Wine Country Drive (the main tourist road through the Hunter Valley). Old North Road is the fourth turning on the left after the tourist information office.
