It is a four bedroom, three bathroom self contained house on 25 acres with swimming pool. Expansive views across the 25 acre property to the Brokenback Ranges in the distance. Outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ and fenced yard. The three bathrooms are brand new in 2010, along with major kitchen renovations. The wood burning stove in the lounge room produces generous heat...and there are heaters in the kitchen/family room, lounge room/dining room, and in every bedroom. Extensive garden improvements are underway, including new turf planted in November, 2010.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

Directions to Englewood Ridge:
1) In Cessnock, turn right (north) on Vincent St.. Follow Vincent St .to T interesection and turn left on Wollombi Road, then turn immediately right on Branxton Road (swimming pool on corner).
2. Follow road toward Branxton for approx. 2.5 kms through Nulkaba and past turn off to Rusa Park Zoo. You are to turn right at next road.
3. Turn Right onto Lovedale Road (Golf Course on Corner)
4. Follow Lovedale Road for approx. 9 kms (prepare to turn left after you pass Wilderness Road on left and signs to Wandin Valley).
5. Turn left on Camp Road (sign to Greta) and immediately left into Talga Road.
