As well as being a great holiday destination in the heart of Hunter Wine Country, we are a working vineyard,producing our very own handpicked handmade Merlot wine for all to enjoy. Our Park has a friendly environment with affordable accommodation,including brand NEW Premium Apartments & Pool Side Retreats, 2 Bedroom Villas and Cottages and 1 Bedroom Cabins to choose from as well as Powered Ensuite Caravan and Tent Sites. If you would like a tasty dinner to compliment your local wine, try our BYO Thai Restaurant. Enjoy a swim in our resort style pools or relax in the heated spa, then fire up one of the BBQ`s or Wood Fired Pizza Oven for a casual night in our large Camper's Kitchen & Lounge.

	Mount View Cabins One Double in separate bedroom. Our Mount View Cabins are fully self-contained ensuite cabins with full fridge and cooking facilities. The living area is open-plan with a TV, DVD player and r/c air-con. Parking is available for one car. Room Configuration: 1 bedroom with lounge Max # of Persons: 2
	Country Studio One double bed and double futon all in living area. Overlooking our resort pool and spa our Country Studio Cabins are open-plan with a private external ensuite. Facilities include r/c air-con, half fridge, cooking facilities, Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Patio with outdoor setting. Parking for one car. Room Configuration: Open Plan Bedroom/Living Area Max # of Persons: 2
	2 Bedroom Traveller Cabin One Queen and 2 singles. For those looking for something cheaper but still with all the facilities why not stay in our Traveller Cabins. The 2 bedroom option has all linen supplied, r/c air-con, cooking facilities, full fridge and TV and DVD player. There is a private external ensuite and veranda with outdoor setting. Parking for one car. Room Configuration: 2 bedroom with lounge Max # of Persons: 4
	Powered Ensuite Site Powered site with a cement slab or grass. These sites have their own ensuite(toilet, shower and vanity) with sullage and will accommodate a vehicle up to 9 meters in length. Room Configuration: Powered SIte Max # of Persons: 6
	Powered Caravan/Motor Home Site Powered site with grass or paving, sites available for vehicles up to 10 meters in length. All sites have water, most with sullage. Room Configuration: Powered SIte Max # of Persons: 6
	Powered Grass Site Powered grass site, will accommodate equipment up to 9.6 meters in length with room for one car. We have grass sites suitable for tents, caravans or motor homes, must specify at the time of booking. Room Configuration: Powered SIte Max # of Persons: 6
	Premium Apartment These individually designed 3 bedrooms(3 x split King Beds) 2 storey apartments are definatley one of a kind for holiday parks,designed originally by the owners to take full advantage of their position & aspect.With 2 bathrooms, one with bath,full size kitchen & laundry including all the mod cons,flat screen digital tvs, gas heating,a/c etc it will be your home away from home. They also have private direct access into our resort style pool and with outdoor setting & pool lounge chairs, you can sip, savour & snooze here in comfort and style. 	Grape Vine Villa One Queen bed, 2 singles and 2 double sofa lounges Spacious lounge with LCD TV and DVD player full kitchen and separate dining area. 	Golf Green Villa One Queen bed, King zip bed and 2 double sofa beds in living area. With views of the Oaks Golf Course and its own private courtyard the Golf Green Villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Offering 2 queen rooms both with their own bathroom and a large open-plan living area with LCD TV, DVD and r/c air-con. Parking available for 2 cars. 	Merlot Cottages One queen bed and two singles. Our Merlot Cottages overlook Valley Vineyards garden and BBQ area and are just a few metres from our resort pool and spa. The cottage is self-contained with r/c air-con, LCD TV and DVD player and will comfortably sleep 4 adults. All cottages have their own patio with outdoor setting. Parking available for 1 car. Room Configuration: 2 bedroom with lounge Max # of Persons: 4
	Family Cottages One queen, two singles and sofa lounge. Ideal family accommodation with spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with separate dining area. Facilities include full fridge, r/c air-con, TV and DVD player. Parking available for 1 car. Room Configuration: 2 bedroom with lounge Max # of Persons: 6
	Easy Access Cottage One Queen and sofa lounge in living area, bunk bed with single on top and double below in separate bedroom. Our Easy Access Cottage has ramp access, spacious living area and a bathroom with adjustable shower head and shower chair. The queen bed in the living area can be separted by a curtain. Facilties also include a full fridge and kitchen with r/c air-con, TV and DVD player. Parking available for 1 car. Room Configuration: Open Plan Bedroom/Living Area Max # of Persons: 6

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

Directions:

Coming from Sydney from the F3 take Cessnock exit. Follow all the way until you hit Vincent St ( main st ), turn right. Follow until last set of traffic lights, turn left onto Wollombi Rd in 500m turn right onto Mount View Rd, we are located 1km on your left.
