Wattle-Wilde is a uniquely designed passive-solar cottage in an extremely secluded bushland setting amid the popular wine growing region of Lovedale. The only cottage on our 25 acre property, it is beautifully appointed and scrupulously maintained. Much of the native vegetation has been preserved, providing a haven for a variety of birds and wildlife such as kangaroos and wallabies. Our regular guests appreciate the privacy and tranquility such a setting provides as the base from which to experience the many attractions of the local vineyards, restaurants, golf-courses, galleries and regular musical events.

The cottage has timber floors and ceilings, two queen-size bedrooms, a large bathroom with a two-person corner spa-bath with a view to the stars, as well as a separate shower, a well equipped kitchen/dining area with a 4 -burner cooktop and microwave, a cosy lounge area with a slow-combustion wood fire, digital LCD TV, DVD/CD player, DVD's, library, current magazines and iPod dock. All rooms have large picture windows and reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning. There is a covered carport, gas BBQ with roasting hood, verandah and deck from which to enjoy the bush as you embibe the local drop. Quality linen and towels are supplied and for your enjoyment, we also provide you with a complimentary bottle of premium local Shiraz, Chardonnay or Semillon. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible when booking directly through owners.

Accommodation rates are reduced for stays exceeding three nights.
