Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Directions:
From Sydney, cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge and follow the Pacific Highway towards Hornsby. Before Hornsby
(at Wahroonga) take National Highway 1 (F3 Freeway) north towards Newcastle.
After 100kms (1 hour), exit the National Highway 1 at the Cessnock / Hunter Valley Vineyards exit sign. Follow the signs to Cessnock / Vineyards. When you reach Cessnock turn right onto Vincent Street and then left onto Wollombi Road. At the next set of lights turn right into Allandale Road which then becomes Wine Country Drive. Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is on the right just past the corner of Wine Country Drive and Lovedale Road.
