ACCOMODATION FACILITIES
The Hunter Valley Hotel Academy features 21 refurbished king size ensuited rooms, which can be either double, single or twin-shared. Laundry facilities are available. Each room is fully serviced daily.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The Hunter Valley Hotel Academy boasts 6 large conference rooms for up to 70 delegates with breakout rooms available on request. In our auditorium we can cater for up to 300 conference delegates or 250 guests for a wedding.

Accommodation available on campus for wedding and conference centre visitors. Each accommodation area has well appointed common rooms complete with television and lounge areas.

DINING ROOM
The fully licensed dining room operates for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can serve anything from simple lunches to continental breakfasts and elegant, formal dinners. It has a seating capacity of 250 people.

EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES
The Hunter Valley Hotel Academy School specialises in training in Hotel and Event Management and Wine Tourism. The Hunter Valley Hotel Academy has just opened a state of the art $8 millon training facility.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF
The Hospitality Sales Manager is experienced in planning and organising workshops, seminars and conferences: with the capacity to engage teaching consultants as required.

RECREATION FACILITIES
In addition we have a large outdoor swimming pool, bush walking trails and playing field.
