A standard double room costs $135 per night (Weekend), $100 per nigh (Midweek) and contains a queen sized bed, full linen, towels, ensuite bathroom and shower, television, fridge, airconditioning and more. Two-bedroom self contained cottage with kitchen and dining room is $275 per night (Weekend). $190 per night (Midweek), Mid-week rates are substantially cheaper and late check outs are provided.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Directions:
Make a left off Vincent st in cessnock onto wollombi road, and then take the first right onto wine country drive and after you pass the Hunter Valley tourism centre and airport on the left hand side make the first left onto Broke Road and then take the first left onto debeyers road. Drive 3 approximately 3kms and the right hand side you'll see the sign Windarra Motel.
