Whispering Brook

Whispering Brook is a beautiful and spacious country house with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features an open plan fully equipped recycled timber kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances including a very large stainless steel freestanding gas cooktop and electric oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and microwave oven. Large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with BBQ are perfect for entertaining. An open fireplace and wood heater, air-conditioning and heating, crisp white linen, audio and visual entertainment equipment, washing machine, table tennis and games room provide a leisurely retreat.

Tariff

The weekend rate for the first 10 guests is $1900.00 (minimum tariff) for a 2 night minimum stay $95 p.p/night.

Each extra guest over and above the initial 10 guests are charged at $95 per adult per night. For children 12 and under the rate is $60 per child per night.

No charge for infants under 2 years.

Extra nights either side of the weekend stay are available at midweek rates (except public holidays).

Midweek tariff is $80 per adult guest per night and $55 per child per night with a minimum two-night tariff of $1200.

WEEKLY RATES AND LONGER STAYS - Five to seven night stays are charged at $800 a night based on up to 10 guests. Additional guests are charged at $50 per adult or child per night.

Weekend and Public Holiday bookings must be for a minimum of 10 or more guests and are 3 night stays only. Easter is a 4 night stay. Christmas and New Year bookings are usually a minimum of 3-4 nights depending on which day they fall on.

Please note that no refunds are available for cancellations within 21 days of the booking date. A 50% deposit is payable to confirm booking. Rates subject to alteration without notice.
