Country accommodation nestled in a quiet, secluded bush enclave on a 320 acre property in the heart of the Lovedale Wine Region. Featuring two elegant queen bedrooms, a bunkroom, two bathrooms (one equipped for disabled, one with bath), log fire and verandahs with uninterupted country views. There is also a Tennis Court with a gazebo to keep you or your other guests cool while playing , all you have to bring is your own equipment.. This is situated in the centre of the farm with more of that country feel. We now offer the service of a continentel breaksfast basket with the choice of fruit bread or croissants which is placed in your room before you arrive. Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT's client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT's client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT's client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Directions:
Drive from Cessnock towards Branxton and turn right into Lovedale Road (before the Hunter Valley Country Club/ Crown Plaza Hotel).
Follow Lovedale Road for 3.7kms and turn left into Green Lane which has Rosedale Bed and Breakfast on the corner.
Follow Green Lane, which is a dirt road, for approximately 500m and turn right into Dandaloo farm (you will see the Dandaloo sign on the gate and you should drive in over the cattle grate). Follow Dandaloo lane for approximately 400m and you will see the cottage on the left.
Access to the cottage is via a combination lock on the front door. Please contact us the week before your visit to obtain the access combination.
