Each Wing contains a guest lounge room with air-con & slow combustion log fire, tea & coffee making facilities, board games, books, CD& DVD players, table setting for 4, comfortable lounge suites.
The 5 generously appointed bedrooms are supplied with premium linen, cosy blankets, doonas and towels. 2 of the 3 bathrooms have under-floor heating. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
Vine-covered bullnosed verandahs surround the dwellings overlooking the property and charming central courtyard, the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Enjoy a scrumptious home-made full country breakfast, including fresh espresso coffee & freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade stewed fruits, bircher & granola mueslis plus hot breakfast, served in the homestead dining room or sunny courtyard.
2 Course Evening Meal available Monday - Thursday $35pp. 24 hour notice required.

Cancellation Policy
1.If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client 2.If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 - 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total. If accommodation is not relet. 3.If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission. 4.In the event of HVWCT reselling total cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Directions:
* Take the right turn-off to the F3 at Wahroonga to Newcastle.
* Travel approximately 35 kms on the F3
* Not long after Mt White turn off you will see signs to Peats Ridge 36 and Glenworth Valley Horse Riding take this Left exit - at Calga Interchange - Peats Ridge 36 Route 33 - Peats Ridge Road - scenic route - only 67kms to Wollombi.
* Follow signs to Wollombi and later on the road becomes George Downes Drive then Great North Road. Pass through Central Mangrove, Kulnura, The Letter A, Bucketty, Laguna ... Wollombi!
* Upon entering Wollombi at Dr Jurds Jungle Juice Tavern take right turn to Cessnock Route 33 - we're 2kms on your right just after the 80km sign. Look for white barrel letterbox and you'll see Avoca House
