Cancellation Policy

Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

Directions:

From Sydney - 2.5 hours by car Follow the F3 (National 1) north from Sydney and take the Cessnock/Kurri Kurri turn off. At the township of Cessnock turn right into Vincent Street to the end, turn left & immediately right into Wine Country Drive. Pass the airport, turn left into Broke Road, follow Broke Road through the left/right "dog leg" at McDonalds Roads. Continue along Broke Road to Hermitage Road, turn right at Hermitage Road, then travel about 4 kilometres and turn left into Mistletoe Lane. Willow Tree Estate is one kilometre on right.

From Newcastle - 1 hour by car Follow the New England Highway west from Newcastle and turn left into Hermitage Road at Belford (10 kilometres after Branxton). Mistletoe is 10 kilometres along Hermitage Road on the left.
