Your own space
Fold open the timber and glass doors from the kitchen, dining and lounge rooms to the wide timber decks over looking the vineyards to the Brokenback Ranges and you too will need to be reminded which part of the house in inside and which is out.
By evening share wine, conversations and tall tales with friends around the 10 foot dining table or relax in the leather lounges around the wood fire, then retreat to the privacy of your own space with ensuite bathroom and Natio Spa toiletries. Greet the morning when you choose to, on your own private terrace over looking the gardens.
Your own time
Architecturally designed to be part of the landscape, with the feel of a traditional bush retreat, The Vintry is far from "roughing it". Luxuriously appointed with the highest quality furnishings and fittings, The Vintry is a contemporary design and includes 1 king size bedroom with hydrotherapy spa bath and 3 queen size bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom and private terrace for those times when you would like some personal time to relax.
The Vintry is perfect for groups of friends, family or bridal parties. Ideally suited for 4 couples, one of the rooms can be modified to become 2 king single beds adding further flexibility.
To complement the fine wines of the Hunter Valley, The Vintry showcases artwork from Australian and overseas artists including Roy Jackson and Alun Leach-Jones.
And of course all the creature comforts from home are here including a wood fire for winter, ducted air conditioning for summer, Digital TV and CD/MP3/DVD Player.

Cancellation Policy
1. If the guest cancels outside (and inclusive of) 43 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If the guest cancels between (and inclusive of) 42 days and 15 days of the arrival date the operator will receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not rebooked.
3. If the guest cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to the guest and the operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of reselling the total of cancelled accommodation the guest to receive 100% refund.
Normal check-in time is 2pm (flexible subject to room availability).
Vacate by 11am.
6 weeks notice of cancellation is required. With less notice refund of is subject to The Vintry being rebooked.
Prices quoted are subject to change without notice until payment is received.
Please advise exact number of guests including all children.
No private functions. As we strive to achieve environmental and social sustainability we allow a maximum of 8 adults at the house.
Guests will be liable for any breakages or damages to the property during the guests booking period and all costs of repair and replacement must be paid for.
In the event that the property is not left clean and tidy the guest will be liable for the cost of additional cleaning which will be charged without notice to the credit card provided at a rate of $60 per hour.
The Vintry Country House is Non Smoking.

Directions from the South Coast (Sydney)
Travel along the F3 Freeway and take the Cessnock Exit - approx 90 minutes drive. Driving into Cessnock travel along Vincent Street and turn left at the end.
Turn left and then a quick turn right into Wine Country Drive. Travel along Wine Country Drive for approximately 8 km. Just past the airport and Information Centre turn left into Broke Road. Follow Broke Road for approximately 4km to a T-intersection where you turn left onto McDonalds Road.
Follow McDonalds Road for approximately 4km, turning right onto De Beyers Road (past Cypress Lakes Golf Course). Follow De Beyers Road for approximately 1.6km (past the Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard property on your right) and you will find us at the top of the hill.
Directions from the North (New England Highway)
Travel along the New England Highway through Singleton to Branxton. At the first set of Traffic Lights in Branxton, turn right and travel approximately 8km turning right onto Broke Road. Follow Broke Road for approximately 4km to a T-intersection where you turn left onto McDonalds Road.
Follow McDonalds Road for approximately 4km, turning right onto DeBeyers Road (past Cypress Lakes Golf Course). Follow DeBeyers Road for approximately 1.6km (past the Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard property on your right) and you will find us at the top of the hill.
