The Clan cottage
The Clan cottage has 2 Bedrooms with queens size beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Two bathrooms contain 2-person spa baths. Fully self-contained kitchen with in-cottage breakfast provisions provided. Lounge with comfortable furnishings, plus air. conditioning, ceiling fans, TV/VCR/DVD/CD. Spotlessly clean. Huge verandahs with magnificent views. Portable cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
