There is simply no better place to begin a journey of pure relaxation and indulgence in the Hunter Valley than at Cypress Lakes Resort. Spread out over 300 acres, you will discover over 200 luxurious villas with a generous choice of one bedroom studios,and two, three or four bedroom self contained accommodation. The villas all offer wonderfully spacious interiors. Each and every one is a beautifully furnished haven, tastefully designed for those who are here to seriously unwind.
What's more, the villas can be fully serviced for you at a daily rate of $40.00. Each villa also comes with all the creature comforts, including air conditioning and heating, private bathrooms, large living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with refrigerator (or a kitchenette in our one bedroom villas), tea and coffee making facilities and satellite television. You'll even find a cosy fireplace in selection of our deluxe villas. It's no surprise that Cypress Lakes Resort is the perfect romantic hideaway.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1.If HVWCT?s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client
2.If HVWCT?s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 - 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total. If accommodation is not relet.
3.If HVWCT?s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4.In the event of HVWCT reselling total cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
Directions:
Directions to Cypress Lakes Resort:
From the centre of Sydney, cross the Harbour Bridge and proceed along Pacific Highway north to the National 1 (F3) freeway at Wahroonga.
Travel north along the freeway towards Newcastle (approximately 1 hour).
Turn off the National 1 (F3) freeway at Cessnock/Kurri Kurri exit and proceed to Cessnock.
As you enter Cessnock along Aberdare Road, turn right at the first set of traffic lights onto Vincent Street (following the directional signs to Branxton). Proceed to the end of Vincent Street. Turn left at traffic lights onto Wollombi Road (following the directional signs to Branxton) and then first right at the traffic lights onto Allandale Road, passing swimming pool on the left and McDonald's Restaurant on the right.
Proceed along Allandale Road. Five kilometres out of Cessnock and you will pass the Cessnock Airport on the left-hand side.
Turn left 500 metres past the airport into Broke Road.
Follow Broke Road for approximately three kilometres to the "T" intersection.
Turn left at the "T" intersection onto McDonalds Road. Remain on this road, and you will find Cypress Lakes Resort (Thompsons Road) on your right-hand side (after Brokenwood and Tamburlaine Wineries).
