Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

From Cessnock,turn right into Mt View rd. from Wollombi rd.Travel along this road through two roundabouts.Turn left into Oakey Creek rd.travel along this road past Draytons wines until you come to a sweeping right hand bend.Turn left off this bend ,this is Pokolbin Mountains rd.Robyn Drayton Wines is on the corner.Continue on this road for 3.38km,turn right into Brokenback rd (private access),across two cattle grids,and you are there!.
