The Accommodation:
Consisting of one king and one queen size bedroom, the cottage comfortably sleeps two couples. The queen room has an ensuite while the other bathroom features a spa.
There is an open plan dining/living area, and fully-equipped kitchen. The cottage's garden has an outdoor setting and BBQ.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee
Directions:
Coming from Sydney, you will come down the main street of Cessnock (Vincent Street). At the end of Vincent Street, you will come to a T-intersection at which you turn left onto Wollombi Road.
Travel along Wollombi Road for 4.2 km through West Cessnock, Bellbird Heights and Bellbird.
Just after passing the Bellbird Hotel on your right, turn right into Kendall Street (there is a brown sign saying "Vineyards").
Travel 3.6 km up Kendall Street to the junction with Mount View Road.
At the Mount View Road junction turn left onto Mount View Road.
Travel a further 0.75 km around the hairpin bend and past the entrance to Bimbadeen lookout on your left.
Proceed slowly for about 60m along the gravel road (after Bimbadeen lookout) until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right hand fork which is Mount Bright Road.
Drive slowly and carefully along Mount Bright Road for 1.5 km. Our gateway is on the left hand side. The cottage is the first building you see as you come down the driveway. Please park in the carport with the "guest parking" sign.
Please note that parts of Mount View and Mount Bright Roads are narrow and windy so please drive slowly and watch out for oncoming traffic.
