There is a selection of Indulgence Packages available. The most popular one being the helicopter transfer to two vineyards for tastings and lunch. All up the scenic flight is around 1/2 between properties and the chopper lands right out the front of your cottage. Hot air ballooning, private Victorian Horse Carriage tour, exclusive wine tours (for 4 or more people), vintage plane flights, convertible cadillac tours, restaurant transfer and in-house massage for two in your cottage can be arranged before your arrival.

	Romance Package Luxury Spa Villa, 3 night mid-week Romance Package - Stay in the Ridge with a Romance Arrival Package which includes Silk Rose Petals scattered over the king size bed, Cheese and Antipasto Platter & Locally made Chocolate Platter. Sparkling Wine, chilled glasses, ice bucket and ice. Full breakfast supplies also included. Available Monday to Thursday till December 31st 2012. 	The Ridge - Luxury one bedroom split level cottage Luxurious split level open plan design cottage with kingsize bed with fine linen, 5 pillows, goose down doona, cotton summer doona, extra blanket and electric blanket. The bed is on the upper level near the two person spa and separate bathroom. The living area with leather lounge/chaise and cosy fire is 2 steps down from the bedroom, with quality audio visual systems - 106cm LCD satellite TV, DVD, surround sound and IPOD docking station. This cottage is for adults only - no children permitted. Gas BBQ on the deck with roasting hood, table, chairs, 2 recliners and coffee table. 	The Gums - self contained spa cottage Private and stylishly decorated, two bedroom spa cottage with expansive rural/vineyard views from two large decks. A custom made day bed for two is next to large windows and in front of the TV and fire. The living area separates the bedrooms, so it is still a romantic and cosy option for one couple, as the 2nd bedroom can be closed off. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto the front deck, a queen size bed and a private bathroom. One bathroom has a two person oval shaped spa bath that has a lovely view from large windows, through scattered gum trees over to the neighbours hillside vineyard. There is a 42" LCD satellite TV,BOSE home theatre, DVD library, IPOD docking station in the living area. The front deck has a gas BBQ with roasting lid, dining table and chairs and two recliners and coffee table. There is another table and chairs on the back deck. Breakfast provisions include bacon, free range eggs, OJ, milk, bread, spreads, cereals, margarine and olive oil for cooking, salt & pepper grinders, Worcestershire and tomato sauce. Breakfast provisions include bacon, free range eggs, 100% juice, milk, bread, spreads, margarine, olive oil, cereals, Worcestershire sauce, Bliss coffee for the plunger, instant coffee and a selection of specialty tea. 	The Vue - Luxury 1 bedroom villa New ultra private, luxury one bedroom, split level, open plan villa for one couple. Plush king size bed, sunken two person spa, leather lounge and chaise, LCD 42" TV wall mounted over the fire, Bose home theatre, IPOD dock, gas log flame fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning - everything you need to an indulgent getaway. Full breakfast provisions for each morning include plunger coffee. No children or infants allowed, maximum 1 couple. Room Configuration: 1 b/rm Max # of Persons: 2

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.

Directions:

From Cessnock turn onto Wollombi Road heading south, turn right into Mount View Road near Sylvesters Bakery. Mount View Road turns left at the junction of Mount View and Pokolbin. Continue on Mount View Road past Peterson's, Briar Ridge and further along Tallavera Grove. Mount View Road continues up to Bimbadeen Lookout. About 30 metres after the lookout Mount View Road is a left hand turn. Drive 3.5 kilometres to Mitchells Road, turn right, Cedars entrance is 600 metres along the road, The Creek cottage entrance is another 100 metres (there's a sign on the post and rail fence).
