1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside of 28 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 3 and 28 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% refund of any unsold nights if total accommodation Is not relet
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 2 days (48 hours) of arrival date i.e. (after 2pm) no refund applies
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund of the resold nights
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
