Although in the style of the old
homestead, the house is very open with
a modern kitchen and two bathrooms,
which like the rest of the house are
spacious and furnished in a fresh,
simple country style. Wide verandahs
are on every side of the house. The main bathroom features a large windowed spa bath in a serene, relaxing style. There are 2
bedrooms so it is ideal for 2 couples or a family with 2 children. One bedroom has a
queen size bed and the other a king size
that can become 2 singles.

*Sunday to Thursday can be booked for single nights and 1 bedroom if

*Any booking of 3 nights or more attracts a 10% discount for the entire booking.
*Public holiday long weekends require a minimum of a 3 night booking for 2 bedrooms

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation
1. If HVWCTs client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
2. If HVWCTs client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
3. If HVWCTs client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client and operator will be paid in full less 10% commission.
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
