With a choice of venues, we are located in an ideal setting for a formal or winemaker’s dinner. The Gardens Terrace is perfect for a themed or gala dinner with live entertainment. This room has an abundance of natural light, high ceilings and a dance floor. Our chef, Nick Vivian, will present you with a selection of menu options.

The Garden Terrace Restaurant - Situated in the award winning Display Gardens, The Garden Terrace is perfect for private functions of up to 120 delegates Banquet style. The Gardens Terrace features full length windows and opens out onto a large deck overlooking the spectacular Oriental Garden. Suited for an array of dining styles such as formal or gala dinners, theme nights or a casual BBQ.

Gardens - Situated on 60 acres, the 12 individually themed display gardens are the perfect choice for that event with a difference. Each garden can be used for private functions ranging from cocktail parties, sit down dinner, progressive dinners or even a simple morning tea. Some events that have taken place in the gardens have been car launches, open air charity luncheons and dinner functions under a marquee.

Theming - These nights include theming of the event location, tailor made menus based on the chosen theme, appropriate music, DJ or live band, movie screenings to create the atmosphere, special performers or guests to set the mood, and appropriate dress for all delegates either a gift to be given on the night such as Hawaiian leis, Mexican hats, or formal attire which can be specified in the themed invitation we will create for you to send out to all of your delegates.
