Bimbadgen Vintage Charity Ball

Bimbadgen Estate is proud to host our first annual Bimbadgen Vintage Ball, to be held within the grounds of Bimbadgen Estate Winery on 13 March 2010.

The Bimbadgen Charity Ball this year is focussed on raising money for the Cessnock Division of St John Ambulance with the target being $60,000 for the purchase of an ambulance style patient retrieval vehicle for our local area.

Your ticket includes 6 course dinner catered by the award-winning Esca Bimbadgen restaurant, all drinks and entertainment on the evening. 

Charity auction and prizes will be a feature of the event, with the major item offered being 3 days at the luxurious Hayman, Australia’s celebrated private island resort in the Great Barrier Reef.

“Support for the ball is really building momentum” commented Bimbadgen General Manager Rebecca Poynter. “Although only announced 2 weeks ago, we have been offered amazing levels of support by our company affiliates, local businesses and our Bimbadgen Club members. Without this generous support the ball could not take place and these donations mean that we can channel the maximum amount of the ticket price directly to St John.”

Bimbadgen Estate Marketing Executive Karen Evans adds, “We are looking forward to a great night, as this black tie event also coincides with the 2010 vintage and is a therefore a chance to both celebrate the end of harvest and to support a very worthy cause.”
