| Details: | Come and join us at the De Bortoli Hunter Valley Winery for an evening of fine dining and wine tasting hosted by our on site Winemaker and Viticulturist, Scott Harrington. The evening will consist of a three course dinner prepared by our in house chef and will be matched with a wide selection of our Hunter wines, all carefully chosen to compliment each dish. There will also be a structured tasting hosted by Scott where he will take you through the story behind some of our new styles. We will be showcasing our wines next to those European wines that were their inspiration,such as Beaujolais, Cotes Du Rhone (both France), and Soave (Italy) Please call Marcus on 02 4993 8800 to book your tickets.
