Friends of the Hunter Valley Terms & Conditions of membership
Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism will review all information uploaded or supplied by you. If in our opinion any information supplied does not meet our ethical or moral standards then we retain the right not to publish such information and we may, in our sole discretion, remove you from membership. In case of removal our decision will be final and you shall not have any recourse against us.
When submitting photographs, graphics or other material to the site you are agreeing to the use of these materials by third parties. It is your responsibility to ensure all material uploaded to the site is your own material and is free of copyright and trademarks etc. Any graphics, photographs, or other material covered by copyright, trademarks or similar, must have the express permission of the owner of the copyright or trademark.
